予約後にメールでも確認したのに、シングルルームの予約が取り消されてた。挙げ句の果てにシングルルームをドミトリーに格下げされるのにも関わらず料金は支払い済みなのに、さらに10ドルの追加料金を請求され、こちらがすでに支払い済みだと伝えると返金はあったものの、何も言われなければ、とんでもないこと。深夜遅くに部屋に通されるまでにも時間がかかり、ホテルのミスにも関わらずほとんど部屋を利用できていない。（予約してたシングルルームがないため、急遽ドミトリーを準備するのに時間がかかった。）今、思うとシングルではなくドミトリーだったので、もっと返金されても良かったが、こちらが何も言わなければ儲けモノというスタッフの姿勢には不愉快。しかもチェックアウトの際に、あなたに部屋の鍵を渡し忘れてたと告げられ、よく観察してると他の客にはホテルの説明を細かくしていたのに、自分のときには朝食時間などの説明くらいしかなく雑だった。割高でドミトリーに泊まらせられあげく、チェックインにも部屋を準備するのに、夜遅くにかなり待たされた。（チェックインが夜遅くになるのは連絡済みだった） 施設は綺麗ではある。
