Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
저녁 11시경 숙소 도착해서 리셉션에 예약증 제출했으나 예약확인이 안된다고 함. 내 앞의 독일인 두명도 같은 사유로 예약확인이 안돼어 매우 난감한 표정으로 소파에 앉아 있었음. 근처 호텔도 모두 풀북되어 결국 지인의 숙소로 이동함. 호텔 홈페이지에 나와있는 주소도 실제 주소와 다르고 나와있는 전화번호도 다른 이상한 호텔임. 구글에서 아무리 찾아봐도 호텔 홈페이지 지도위치와 주소가 매칭이 안되고(주소로 구글 지도에서 찾아보면 홈페이지 위치와 다름) 전화번호로 구글에서 검색하면 타슈켄트 공항근처의 다른 호텔로 나옴. 결국 홈페이지에 나와있는 사진과 구글지도의 호텔에 나와있는 사진을 비교해서 호텔을 특정(외부간판 및 리셉션 사진이 홈페이지에 있는것과 구글 지동에 있는 사진을 비교해서 같은 호텔을 찾음)했는데 호텔명칭도 "엘리트 아트 타슈켄트"라고 예약증에는 나와있지만 간판은 "아트 타슈켄트 호텔"이었음. 이 지역은 엘리트 아트 호텔, 아트 엘리트 호텔등이 있어 처음가는 사람은 혼동하기 쉬움.
