「Excellent place. We did request to have laundry service but it was $1 per item. Total after the fact was &78!!! I think that was a bit much. The young waiter paid for a sprite we ordered but then paid it back. The staff was super sweet, kind and attentive to us at all times.」

「Building needs renovations. Great ocean view and pools. Need better amenities in room.」

「They need a better costumer service」

「Very basic rooms. In general the place is poorly maintained. Staff was friendly.」

「The staff confirmed upon arrival they overbooked and didn’t have a room available for us. At the beginning didn’t give the impression they were ready to offer alternatives/solution until I mentioned that my reservation had been done close to 8 months in advance and paid for. They did end up taking us to a different lodging facility and they covered the cost.」
