Great location!

Great location. We were in the area to do Birding and this was a great central starting place. The hosts were very helpful and nice. The room was was comfortable and clean! The restaurant and breakfast were great. The common areas are quite rundown and in need of repair. We were there in the off season.

Great spot, a little out of the way. The beach club property out front is a little tired looking. Overall for the price, it was a confortable clean place to stay for an overnight on our way to Tuscany. The restaurant which had mixed reviews was a delightful surprise. We had a great dinner, great service and breakfast offered a huge variety. Great value.

Pros: The rooms at this hotel are comfortable, the pool is large and wonderful, and the grounds are lovely. It is in a safe neighborhood across the street from the beach. Breakfast is delicious with many options for all types of eaters. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: It took us a while to find the place. You are charged to borrow a towel for the hotel pool.

Too far out of town; only busy during summer months. Very nice hotel, staff and food but a more than 80€ cab ride! Never would have booked it had I realized it was so far from Civitavecchia. I think the description was a bit misleading.

Absolutely loved this resort and the workers!! They are so helpful and make you feel like family! They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!! Not much around and the surrounding areas are a little run down but the hotel is gorgeous and well kept!! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Civitavecchia!!

Nice getaway

Bit of a strange place to go in December (a sort of gated community that you have to past through, and the hotel was like only thing open), but lovely. They were having a private party the evening we were there but invited us to join in, and when we arrived asked if we were hungry and made us a bunch of food.

Great resort, the staff was super friendly and fast. Clean rooms and facility, food was good (but limited to mostly seafood so be prepared). Only downside was that the area around was deserted - lots of empty homes/apartments that gave a ghost town feel - nothing to do unless you went into the town. I went on shoulder season so could be different during peak summer time.
