We loved this hotel and the wonderful staff. Our room was very clean, amenities good, linens and bed excellent and had a private patio with view. Excellent breakfast. Staff went out of their way to give helpful advice when we asked for directions or a restaurant suggestion. Stay here as it is amazing and quite reasonably priced.

We had a lovely, large, clean, airy room with a comfortable balcony which had a table and chairs. Really good air conditioning which was needed and a mini fridge with drinks. Very comfortable bed. Staff were really friendly and helped us to book a restaurant and taxi. Breakfast had a mixture of continental and scrambled eggs and sausage. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arcangelo. While the hotel itself (and city) could benefit from some refurbishment, it is still charming, clean, and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They were especially accommodating when I needed to adjust my booking at the last minute and even helped me change rooms without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Overall, the excellent service made a very positive impression, and I would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a friendly place to stay in Taranto.
