This spacious 3-bedroom plus bunkroom home has both a great room, a family room and an office area, so there’s lots of room for everyone to spread out. There's even an air hockey table in the bunkroom for added fun!
The upper level features a great room with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and a cultured stone wood burning fireplace for a real mountain cabin feel. The great room extends to the updated kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining area. Enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies on the large 85" flat screen smart TV. The living room opens up to a huge deck where you can relax at the large patio table while grilling dinner or watching the plentiful wildlife. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the amazing views. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is also on this level. With a king bed, Roku smart TV and windows to take in the mountain views, you’ll have everything you need to relax. There’s private access to the deck from the master bedroom. You’ll be wowed by the enormous ensuite bathroom featuring a corner jetted tub and beautifully tiled shower. This level of the house also features a lovely half bath.
The second level of the home offers a second living area with easy to operate propane “woodstove,” and another smart TV for your viewing pleasure. There is a queen size futon, too. There are two bedrooms on this level and each has a queen bed. Large bedroom windows bring in lots of natural light and lets you enjoy the views. Each bedroom even has a cozy window seat and a TV with DVD player. The bedrooms have access to the second level deck. There is a full bath on this level. You’ll also find a home office and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Access the covered hot tub from this second level. Enjoy it year round – it’s amazing during a snowfall!
The lower level is the perfect place for the kids with two sets of bunk beds (twin over full) and lots of space for playing games or watching TV. Enjoy one of the world's fastest paced table games - air hockey. Fun and challenging for all ages! French doors lead out to a flagstone patio. In addition, there are 2 twin cots with all bedding, stored in the closets on this level.
The house features high speed Internet with routers on each level and a detached two-car garage. A hot tub provides the perfect way to unwind at the end your day in the mountains.. The multi-level decks are perfect for outdoor entertaining and of course there's a propane grill, patio tables and lots of chairs for you to sit back, relax and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
