We had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The location is also excellent for anyone looking to be close to the water and enjoy a beautiful view. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would happily stay here again.

We love this place so much!! Charming and with lots of character. This place offers authentic Italian Sicilian vibes with an amazing sea view, and the beach is across the street. Right next to the cable car is very convenient. We came for our honeymoon, and we had the best time. The staff is friendly. If you expect luxury and modernity, this is not the place for you. But that Italian charm and the location are what we loved about this hotel. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in a 'Comfort Triple Room' with a balcony and the sea view. Room was basic, rather small for 3 people, but the view was beautiful. Bit noisy as the hotel is on the main road and by the train tracks but still you could make the most of having the balcony. We would close it for the night though as it was too noisy. Not had a breakfast so can't comment on that, we would go to a local bistro nearby. I always bring my own toiletries and would recommend taking them with you to the hotel as there was only soap and sachet with shower gel/ shampoo in one. The room was cleaned daily, but I would say it was only perfunctory cleaning i.e. bathroom / shower would not be cleaned, I think it was limited to making beds, taking rubbish out and replacing towels if indicated but I got to say it was ok for us. Small refrigerator in a room, no kettle. Overall we had a lovely stay - the location is great, you can easily get to the Taormina town (at the top) by cable car/ bus / stairs or to the most stunning Isola Bella island/ beach. There is a good bus link (we didn't rent the car) to take a trip to nearby towns or Etna (this one we booked in advance). Pros: friendly staff, great location Cons: noisy This is a basic, cost effective hotel but was good enough for our needs. I would recommend it.

The room was clean, but the furniture on terrace was covered by ants. Perhaps someone had spilled something there, because once I wiped the furniture off, the ant problem was solved. We loved the view and the proximity to the “beach”. Beach is in quotes because there was no sand or waves, but once you got into deep water the swimming was lovely. Perhaps a better term would be sea shore. This clearly is not the hotel’s fault, it’s just something I wish I knew before booking. The shower was tiny and there was no place to put the shampoo while you showered, so we’d lather up then toss the travel bottle over the top and try to get it in the sink. Also, there was a step up from the room to the bathroom which led to some midnight stubbed toes. But these were mere quirks. Overall I’d say the room was adequate.

The property was ok. It was a 5 minute walk to Islo Bella beach and near the cable cars so it was very convenient. The breakfast wasn’t great and the rooms are small but the view is beautiful!
