"Hôtel is clean. It’s a bit away from the loud area - about 10 min walking distance. Facilities are just as seen in the picture. Good spa and gym.
Very good breakfast- but very busy especially when they open in am. The best part about the hotel is gorgeous view of Fansipan mountain and Sapa.

"The most wonderful experience staying at Sapa Clay House..is truly is a mountain retreat. After a busy few days we enjoyed the kindness of everyone in this family run retreat. They were so attentive and helpful and spoke English very well. The views from our room were incredible and everything from the bed linen to bathroom amenities are luxurious. Then there is the food made with love from their garden and local goods.
The pool was wonderful to cool off after an enjoyable walk to the local village. I’m so glad we stayed just outside of Sapa town. You must stay here for such an amazing stay"
"The Service was wonderful and setting were magical. The cabin was simple but elegant and peaceful. Dinner and breakfast were memorably good. We loved staying here. If you need a/c and all mod cons every night stay away and don't spoil the mojo. . "
"Chapa Farmstay is a unique experience. It's about 20 minutes from Sapa town proper which is great. Very quiet and pristine. The little cabins are comfortable, with incredible views and the bathrooms are modern.
But the best part of our stay was the host family. We had such a great time chatting with the grandparents during meals, sitting around the fire on cold early mornings and playing with the children.
They arranged for our one day trek with a fun lunch in village along the way - ending with a traditional Red Hmong herbal hot tub experience.
Our last evening they invited us to join their family dinner and drink rice wine.
They also linked us with a local taxi driver who ferried us in and out of town as needed.
Staying with the family at Chapa Farmstay was the highlight of our 3 week vietnam trip!! We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have added 2 more.
