「The staff is not responsible, 1st day did not his clean up and service the room. 2nd day, did not do his duty at all. When feedback, he hide behind the counter and leverage his Chinese drink stall staff to teach me a lesson. Thank you for the wonderful lesson from the drink store guy protect the irresponsible hotel staff.」

センチュリー パインズ リゾート

センチュリー パインズ リゾート

8 / 10 良い
"The hotel is located right in front of a park, and there is a bus terminal and convenience store nearby. It was also very convenient to be able to book local tours and other activities nearby. Our room had a garden terrace, which gave it a very open and relaxing feel. Although there was no air conditioning, we were able to stay comfortably without any problems. The TV was mainly used for streaming through internet-connected apps, so we did not have to worry about the language of the channels. Breakfast included not only Malaysian dishes but also bread, porridge, pho, and other options. In particular, we really enjoyed the omelet. The chef prepared it fresh for us, and when we asked him to add cheese, he kindly made it for us. It was delicious. The hotel has a charming retro atmosphere, but it was also clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tanah Rata."
