Nice staff but need more TLC

Start off with the good part. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Ample parking in the area. Community area was nice, great pantry and common living area to mingle and laugh. Rooms are ermmm... pathetic looking. Sandy bedsheets, dusty floors and the toilet definitely need some major overhaul. The towels are probably older than me, yellowish, thin and rough. gonna give good eco points for that. The wall sockets are located on weird places. Gets quite noisy at night with the traffic passing below and the chickens howling in the morning. Need earplugs

Really friendly and helpful staff

The host is amazing, they even tried to accommodate our needs after our stay! Strongly recommend, will go back if I happen to visit Cameron Highland again

I love staying at Father's Guest House. Very clean and tidy,all the staffs are friendly.. The guest house is really beautiful, they have many couch and benches which guests can sit and relax for coffee 💕 Highly recommended

Very knowledgeable & friendly hosts! Rooms and overall building were very clean and well-maintained. Only complain was the lack of heating/humidity control; the bed linens felt almost "damp", making them feel a bit cold.

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang, die gerne bei der Planung und Beratung von Ausflügen und Busverbindungen helfen. Das Frühstück kann man nebenan einnehmen und es steht auch eine Möglichkeit zum Kaffee- und Teekochen zur Verfügung. Zur zentralen Bushaltestelle ist es nicht weit. Das Guesthouse liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstrasse.

La struttura è un po’ spartana ma offre tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno nelle Cameron Highlands. Staff cortese. Jason, la nostra guida durante il trekking organizzato da Tour by Cameron Sectrets (attività collegata alla guesthouse), era molto preparato e ci ha offerto un’interessantissima escursione! Nel bar accanto alla struttura è possibile fare colazione.

It’s been a great experience, we felt like at home here. The staff were super nice with us with any questions or things that we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. But the best thing for us was the tour that we organised with them, it was just awesome!! Our guide, Jason, was amazing, such a knowledgable person, we learnt so much with him, not just about botanical plants from Malaysia, but also about history and culture. Great experience thanks to him! If we come back we know where to go!

We stayed in Father's Guest House three nights and could share a lot of positive things. First of all, atmosphere - you will feel here like visiting old friend :) Friendly and helpful staff will provide all information you need visiting Cameron Highlands. They cooperate with Cameron secrets which provide tours around the place. We definately recommend them. The place of the guest house is also great - a bit remote from main street, but it is close enough to find great places for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It took us about ten minutes to reach bus station. The guesthouse itself need a bit renovation, but rooms are fine. The most uncomfortable thing was shower, which is in the same area with toilet and doesn't have any wall or curtains, thus do expext floods in the bathroom after taking the shower. Wi-fi worked well :) To sum up, we would highly recommend the place for the short visit of Cameron Highlands!
