「This is the most perfect place for getting away to unwind. For those wanting peace and quiet, but not far to travel, visiting historical towns and picturesque villages. Lots of nice pubs for food and drink. The cottage is extremely well equipped and spotless. It is everything you see in the photos. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.」

「Family lives in the house and they do not Care if you want to sleep or not. Booked for 4, got bed for 2 only. So me and my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch covered with our coat. We got 1 towel in total only. The family disturbs you with cooking until midnight, then the son started to eat very loudly, singing and making noice with the spoon on the plate in the space where we were meant to sleep. 「We really enjoyed using this large property for a work/social weekend with a big group of us. The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. Great location as we come from all over the UK and Nathan, the host, was super helpful too. We are planning to book again for next year.」

「思ったよりもずっと大きな施設だった。旅行者だけでなく、ビジネスでの長期滞在者も少なくない印象。廊下を走る学生（らしき）もいた。 部屋も十分広いがヒーターが小さく、肌寒かった。清潔で広く、良さそうな部屋なのに不思議と居心地が良くなかった。コインランドリーは「トークン」を受付でもらって利用する。（無料）乾燥機もあり、とても便利だった。 夕方着いたので近くのスーパーで買い物、キッチンで温めて食べたが、翌日行ったガスストリート周辺は夜賑わってそうで、そちらに行けば良かったと思った。 駅やガスストリート、バーミンガム美術館へも歩いて行けた。 決して悪くなくむしろ長期滞在には勧められるが、次回はもっと駅に近い場所を選ぶと思う。」
