"The sheets were not clean, the pillows felt old and bunched up. I usually take towels when I travel so I can’t say much about that, but the room looked like it’s in need of some renovations. The staff was super friendly. Keep in mind they will put a $100 hold on your credit card for any service you request, I didn’t request anything but I only got $60 back…I’m not sure why and I’m not going to worry about, I will not stay there again. "

Room was clean, high tech, great lighting, fully equipped. Gym and pool access. Everything so seamless and perfect. I am wow’d. Did not expect to be writing a review like this on a 2 star (???). I might actually invest in this company. Perfectly executed concept. "
