Horrible. Do not stay here. The clientele made me feel very unsafe and I barely slept the night. The hotel staff was not able to assist with refunding my stay even though I checked out a day early.

The reasonable price, clean and spacious room, and well-equipped kitchen made everything so convenient. The laundry room on the first floor had plenty of washers and dryers, making laundry really easy. While breakfast isn't included, there's a large refrigerator and a kitchen in the room, so you can easily reheat your food or prepare simple meals. The morning coffee was also excellent, adding a lovely start to the day.

Somewhere to sleep. ZERO amenities which I knew going into. Right out of the gate, my wife and I were given 1 room key as they were "low on keys". Which normally wouldn't be a big deal however, that key controls the power to your room and needs to be plugged into a box on the wall when in the room. Not ideal for 2 people sharing a room and having different itineraries. Not sure if they offer turn down service but when I was there for 4 nights, there was no attempt to clean our room/ replenish towels or toilet paper. In fact, I had to asked a housekeeper for towels and toilet paper. I was directed to the front desk as she stated she didn't have any. I asked the front desk and was told they did not have any either as they gave the last of their towels to the housekeepers. Lots of construction workers checking in and smoking literally right next to the front door. Overall, the stay was OK.

Warning!!!! TERRIBLE!! Do NOT book here. The hotel was dirty and had a bad odour. We tried to change to a different room but that floor also had a terrible smell. Both beds had hair on the bed and the second bed had a dead bug. Be careful when booking through Expedia as you will not receive your money back and they will Not help you!!!!! This hotel is below standards. We ended up going next door And booking at the Hampton inn

This hotel was a miss from the start. Funny smells, rude staff, and basically no services. Guest bathrooms on the main level were always locked, coffee offered (terrible) but no cups or lids. Room had a kitchenette but no dishes? No Kleenex, soap, towel service, cleaning, they just hid behind the “extended stay” excuse. We stayed for 2 weeks and were fooled by the price. Hope the next people aren’t. Dryer ate all of my quarters and I talked to the front desk lady and not only did she not care, she decided to be overly rude about it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked with all the amenities, which we appreciated. Everything was perfect except that room cleaning service was not available. I was quite surprised when we were told it would only be available after two weeks. Additionally, we arrived one day later than planned due to personal reasons, and when we checked in, the staff initially denied our reservation and asked us to make a new one—even though we had already booked through Expedia 4–5 days earlier. After a long conversation, they eventually allowed us to check in.

Perdí mi dinero no me quedé en el hotel me equivoqué haciendo la reserva inmediatamente lo notifiqué al hotel y a Expedia nadie pudo resolver un mal servicio de principio a sin solo pedía cambiar la habitación por una doble para poder compartirla pero tanto el hotel como la aplicación no hicieron nada perdí mi dinero. el hotel es viejo y el deterioro es notorio

We waited at least 15 minutes and no bell or way to notify employees there was no employees anywhere or any way to get a hold of anyone bell was all the way on the other side of the employee desk. They were short staffed so people were waiting long periods of time to get in their rooms. They rooms smelled absolutely horrible like wet dog and heard a lot of loud noise during the night and there was very small amount of parking available for the property and there was several people smoking weed outside the property facility making it very uncomfortable environment with younger children. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Thankfully we were only there to drop off our bags and go to sleep and that was it if it was a long extended stay we would have left i couldnt stomach the smell and threw up a few times we went and bought odor elimator because there was not staff after 11pm to make them aware.

The location is quite. I didn't see any security personnel but the parking lot was well lit so did not feel uncomfortable walking on property. Staff appeared friendly i did not need to have much interaction. During stay there was a fire inspection, and without any notice the water was suddenly shut off l called the front desk the staff was apologetic and explained that it would only take a few minutes which it did. It would be have been nice to have a Continental Breakfast.
