The Space:

Located 40 within a 40 minute drive to Clearwater/St Pete Beaches and 1 hour drive from the clear blue springs in Weeki Wachi

Split floor plan, bedrooms and bathrooms:


Master Bedroom: The master suite is a private sanctuary with a comfortable king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and separate shower, and a huge walk-in closet for your convenience.

Guest Bedrooms: Three additional bedrooms await you, each thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding and ample storage space!

-The first bedroom is a plush, queen sized bed, closet and dresser, tv mounted to the wall. Ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower, stocked with hotel style soaps and toilet paper.
-The second bedroom has a king sized bed, closet and dresser with a mirror, for additional storage space.
-The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, the bottom bed being a full (sleeps 2) and the top bed being a twin (sleeps 1), dresser and mounted tv. The Bunk bed has a pull out drawer that can be used for additional storage if needed.
- The living room also has a pull out couch. Just please let us know if you will be using this so we can leave you sheets, as extras are only provided for this upon request.

Bathrooms: In addition to the master ensuite bathroom, there are two more full bathrooms and a convenient half-bath located under the covered patio for your convenience when relaxing outside.

Living Spaces:
The spacious living room features an inviting atmosphere, complete with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV above the electric fire place. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find modern stainless steel appliances, countertops with a ton of space to entertain, that is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen also has a beautiful island that has 4 high chairs that you can sit and enjoy meals at, in additional to the big wooden dining table that comfortably seats 8.

This home also has an additional work space area with a desk suitable for laptop use that you can work while away, if needed. There is a door to shut out the noise and work in private.

Outdoor Paradise:
Step outside to your own private area. The covered patio is perfect for dining and relaxation. Outdoor seating for 7, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee from our coffee station! In the evenings, gather around the outdoor fire pit (seats 6) to share stories and make lasting memories under the stars.

- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer
