It’s a confortable and peaceful home with a lot of amenities.The enclose lanai with barbecue overlooking a pond will make for a relaxing barbecue. Well connected to other important places in the area like Ibor city, Hard Rock Casino, Bush Garden park, Raymond Stadium, Manatee park , Zoo park, 10 minutes away to Apollo Beach, Brandon mall ,Riverview 5 minutes away with many Restaurants , Tampa International Mall, 20 minutes from Tampa International airport.

Welcoming Host. Outstanding property, exactly as described on VRBO site. All interior furnishings were beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable and felt new. Practically every room had a large screen TV and kitchen appliances were beyond expectations. Area located in a very safe and quiet area. Great experience 28 days in March of ‘26 .

Spring Training Baseball

We selected this property as it was centrally located in the areas we planned to travel for spring training baseball games. The house was beautiful and wonderfully furnished and a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to multiple routes for us to travel to the different stadiums.
