• Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.

• Amenities are controlled by the HOA and not us (e.g. pool), and so we cannot guarantee they will always be available (sometimes the HOA closes for maintenance/cleaning). We do not issue refunds for amenity-related issues.

• Please note that normal wear, minor imperfections, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present throughout the home, including the screened pool area, due to regular use and outdoor conditions. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is fully cleaned and prepared before each stay.

🐜 Pest Note: We treat the property regularly, but due to Florida’s climate, occasional pests may still appear. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address any concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties. As these are outside our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences.

Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer (if available) to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.
