The Space:

Soft morning light filters through this first-floor retreat as you ease into a slower rhythm, surrounded by the calm of suburban Tampa Palms. Evenings unfold quietly, giving you space to unwind after days spent exploring nearby parks, attractions, and neighborhood paths. With room for your whole group, the unit offers a simple, comfortable setting designed for a relaxing time.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms each provide a queen bed and a full bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for groups, families, or longer stays. Neutral tones and uncluttered layouts create an easy place to settle in after a day out.



Indoor living

The large living area brings everyone together, whether you gather for movies on the TV or spread out for a cozy evening in. A breakfast nook sits just off the full kitchen, and a separate dining area gives you space to enjoy shared meals. From the living room, step onto a small patio with outdoor seating for two, a quiet spot to enjoy the mild Florida air.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is equipped for simple meal preparation, giving you flexibility for both quick breakfasts and relaxed dinners. A dedicated workspace and free wifi support remote work or planning the next day’s outing.



Laundry and essentials

A free washer and dryer, along with provided essentials, help you settle in for longer stays with ease.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities.

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor"



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Our residents come home to community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, free printing, and so much more!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
