This a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome located in Southshore Bay, Wimauma.
This two-story townhome has an open concept downstairs that includes large open kitchen a powder room and a large family room with a view to a pond. The second floor includes a spacious Master Bedroom that includes Bathroom featuring double vanity. There are two additional bedrooms ideal for family members or guests and one full bathroom. Laundry area is also located upstairs.
This home comes with all appliances including refrigerator, built in dish washer, electric range, microwave, washer, and dryer.
This property is located within the community with Lagoon. It's 5-acre lagoon that provides several activities to enjoy the warm Florida sun. With a water slide, swim up bar and relaxing lagoon beach. There is a cover charge to the enter the lagoon and it depends on the day; weekends are generally more expensive.
Wimauma is located near some major cities such as Tampa, Sarasota and St. Pete. In just few minutes you will be able to visit beautiful beaches, Riverwalk, Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens and various other attractions.
