Great family vacay

My family loved our stay at the Aquavilla! The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and Davin was a great host. Even accommodated us on some last minute changes. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking in the area!

Nice property in conveniently located neighborhood. Neighbors were interesting. Refrigerator door would not seal so drinks and food would not get cool. Other than that great place.

Great property and host!

Property was in great condition, very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating and his communication was on point. Property was less than 2 miles from the Raymond James stadium which was great for us. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Great little spot

This house had everything we needed for four adults and four children plus one pup. The owner was extremely communicative before, during, and after we stay there. He answered any questions we had making our stay that much more enjoyable. This house was spotless and checked all our boxes for a comfortable stay for 8. We were in town to hit Busch Gardens which is only a 15 minute drive making this a perfect place to stay.

Very nice home in convenient location

House is very well remodelled. The host provided all of the essentials. Although the listing doesn't include a hot tub, the photos are a little misleading as one is clearly on site with the pool but not active. You do get a little street noise from the busy street on which the property is located, but all-in-all a very pleasant place to stay.

Close to Raymond James Stadium

We went for a football game...Very close to RayJay stadium, Busch Gardens and the Zoo. The street is extremely busy but the fenced in yard and the pool area is nice and secluded! The beds are wonderful, the pool is fabulous. There are random holes all over the place, as well as some wall pictures are missing with the nails sticking out. The neighbors are a bit noisy, and you can smell their weed. No big deal, but if you bring kids you may need to know what to expect.

Well oriented Family Property

The "Aqua Villa - Charming 1469 sq. ft. house 3 bed, 2 bath with private pool" we selected for our week stay as a family had all the perfect amenities needed to allow us to be comfortable and feel at home. It was close to many attraction places, shopping, food and restaurants. The host was quick to respond to msg's sent to him for questions or answer any help request. The property was extremely well maintained and very clean as well as updated. The pool and gazebo was a great way to distract and entertain us in the evening as well as during days where we didn't feel like going out. I recommend this place for a perfect "Feel at home" place to stay in the Tampa area. Thank you to the Host!!!! P & Family

Four TV remotes in living room. Only one worked the TV. Pool water was cold Refrigerator through door ice dispenser does not work. Carpet in Florida room needs cleaning. Overall everything was great. Thank you.

Christmas in Tampa

The house layout was great. The pool was great and clean, looks well maintained. The fenced yard was great for our dogs and the kids enjoyed the pool. We liked the screened in porch. The house has not been maintained like the listing pictures, there has clearly been some tenants that have pulled curtains off the walls and the walls have not been repaired. The bed in the main bedroom was terrible, there is a large pothole in the middle of it and it was not a great week of sleep. I suggest replacing that bed. There were no sheets for the pull out couch so we draped a blanket over the mattress and another on top for one of our kids. Overall we had a good stay and the house met our needs but I think in the future we will choose a different house to rent.

Close to Game Day

This home is on a very busy street, with heavy traffic flow from 6am until about 8pm. The amenities provided were ok. There is no can opener. The ice dispenser does not work, but it did have fresh made ice. It was nice to have the pool on hot days. The pool maintenance crew showed up and cleaned the pool while we were there. Very nice crew. The yard maintenance crew didn’t show and the grass needed cutting. The furniture cushions on the patio needs replacing as there is no more “cushion” left. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. If you want to be close to the stadiums, then this would be a good place to stay. Overall, I give this place a 4 out of 5 stars.

The pool, the pool, the pool.

The pool was amazing for our week of 90 degree temps! The pool was cleaned on Monday. Pool towels and some pool toys provided. The lanai was also fabulous and a great place to watch sports. The house itself is average. As others have noted, there has been damage to the house which hasn't always been fixed. The TVs are great (no cable but we were able to login to what we needed). We thought the beds were too firm and the pillows unsupportive. Clean sheets & soft blankets. Plenty of bath towels: all of which seemed new. We contacted the management company to get a new frying pan, baking pan, first aid kit, and lightbulbs: they were very responsive. We were there for 9 days and thought the kitchen was sparsely equipped, but we made do. The ice maker in the fridge worked very well, though the dispenser part didn't work. Location to ball parks, downtown, airport was great. Neighbors smoke pot most nights, & listen to music on weekends (but we didn't mind: we played music, too). Tips: Soap was not provided for the dishwasher or the washing machine. Not a big deal, just noting so others can plan ahead. Also, the listing says that there is a desk: there is not. I worked at the dining table. There is a small walmart/grocery store down the street - super easy to get to. Bring flip flops or slippers: our feet were very dirty walking around barefoot.
