★ Important Things to Note★

-Please see the "House rules" section of this listing for Age and other Restrictions, and other important rules, before booking!

- Any groups under 25 yrs old, larger groups under 30 yrs old, and groups over 16 guests - send us an inquiry message first please!

- Noise/rules: Please keep down any outside noise, (+ no noise after dark), and be respectful of our neighbors' comfort by the property and in public spaces.

-Please SEE OUR HOUSE GUIDE link (sent in post-booking message), to review and share with your entire group. It addresses most important questions, FAQs, and rules!

- Parking: The driveway can fit up to ~5-6 vehicles (compactly parked, regular-sized). Overnight street parking is not allowed in the community. If you absolutely need 1-2 more vehicles, inquire with us.

- The Community Pool is normally open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend* (all weather permitting, and barring technical issues). Guests must obey ALL pool rules or risk being ejected (if serious offense - for rest of stay and fined).

- The central AC covers the main floor. We have installed a large, 14,000 BTU portable AC system downstairs for the hotter days. (It usually stays at a stable, comfortable temperature year-round on its own).

Our lake house is a large lake front property, located in a serene private community, with majestic nature all around. This means your own private access to the large beautiful lake (just through the backyard), plenty of space for your whole group to gather (or have privacy), and a clean, comfortable home for your stay.

*6 Bedrooms:*
- Mostly 12" mattresses of foam/latex and/or coil hybrids - total of 19 sleeping spaces (including top bunks, not including extra spaces).
- 2 pillows (soft+firm) per sleeping space. All linens and bedding provided.
- Huge, quality full-body mirrors.
- Lots of closet space, wooden hangers, drawers.
- Bedside lamps w/USB charging/outlets in top 3 bedrooms.
- Master BDR has private outdoor screen room, bathroom w/twin sinks, own climate control (heating), 50" 4K smart TV, mounted fireplace, 2 walk-in closets, clothes iron+board, large workspace w/full desk + ergonomic office chair.

*3 Full Bathrooms:*
- Body and hand towels provided.
- Handsoap, cotton swabs, makeup remover pads, toilet paper provided.
- Shampoo, bodywash, conditioner provided.
- Hairdryers in each (MBDR hairdryer most premium).

*2 Kitchens/Dining rooms:*
- 1 main and 1 backup.
- Plenty of sitting spaces at 2 dining tables and a counter-height bar table.
- Fully stocked w/flatware, silverware, drinkware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, cooking sheets + more!
- Small appliances incl. coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, blender.
- Consumables incl. coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, paper towels.
- Large appliances incl. large fridges, dishwashers, microwaves.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and definitely enough room for everyone. The lake view was beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit to relax around and make s’mores! The kitchen was stocked with enough cookware and dishes for easy cooking. Oleg was pleasant to message with prior to and during our visit.

Very pleased

Family reunion with my kids and grandkids. There was plenty for everyone. Clean, nicely decorated, great location. Great kitchen for more than one person cooking. Lots of seating at dining table and in living room.

Spacious serene

Beautiful setting

Wonderful views, super clean, and plenty of room for our four-generation family vacation. Owners are very responsive and everyone enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, interesting wildlife and lake and pool activities. We had a great time!

The home was beautifully kept and a majority of daily needs (pots, pans, utensils, appliances) we're available for use. Once checked in, easy access to exit and enter the property. Less than 30 minutes to local activities, restaurants and bars. Host was extremely accessible with any concerns. I would definitely rent again!

Relaxing vacation, great house

The house, yard, water views and lake access were great. We enjoyed kayaking and sitting by the water. Our small dogs enjoyed our stay. The yard was large enough and the flat area for them to run around on a long lead. The streets are safe to walk dogs around the neighborhood. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Whole lotta deer!!

This property was very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Our dogs loved all the walks they could go on in the community setting, and also all the deer we seen.

Great Family Gathering

Was a great house for our family gathering of 13 over an extended weekend. First floor bedrooms/living area was perfect for a grandparent who has trouble navigating steps. Plenty of place for gathering and kitchen well stocked. Game room was a hit!

Great Lake Access

Oleg and his house were great - enjoyed a short stay here to catch up with family and to visit Bushkill Falls which is very near to the house. Especially nice that there are new steps down to the lake with a nice sitting area where we could enjoy the view. (With much of the family over 60 years old, this was greatly appreciated.)

Family holiday get together

Everything was great! Plenty of room for our group of 14. The house is decorated very nicely and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed being on the lake. The view is beautiful and it was nice having fires by the lake.

Big house on pond

We had a great time here celebrating Easter with our family. The place was huge and fit all 15 of us comfortably. We spent most of our time enjoying the fire pit while taking turns on the kayaks. We even caught a couple fish :). Hosts were great too!

Plenty to do and tons of room to relax. Kayaking, hiking, biking, billiards, wildlife, it’s all right outside or nearby. Cooking meals is a breeze with the fully stocked modern kitchen. Communication with the owner, Oleg was on point. We would definitely return.

Pocono getaway

This is a beautiful lakefront property in a quiet and secure neighborhood with all the basic amenities. The home is close to all shops and attractions. Plenty of bedrooms and sleeping accommodations. Host was communicative and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The property was clean, spacious, and quiet. There was everything needed in terms or bedding, towels, and kitchen items, but it was simple enough that it was unfussy and easy to tidy up. We loved having access to the kayaks and spent many reflective mornings on the water. Close access to many local waterfall hikes was a plus.

Great stay

The house had everything we needed. The house was clean and we had a great stay. We had an issue with the main bathroom tub and Oleg was very quick to respond. He called right away and helped resolve the issue.
