"I had the pleasure of staying at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai last week, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself is grand, elegant, and truly reflective of Chennai’s rich heritage, with every corner exuding luxury and warmth.
A special mention to Kaamini Samraj from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Her attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care made us feel valued and truly at home. From arranging small comforts to checking in personally to see if everything was perfect, Kaamini’s professionalism and kindness stood out and elevated our entire experience.

"The room was in very poor condition — there were bed bugs, flies, and mosquitoes, and it wasn’t cleaned at all. There was also ongoing elevator maintenance with no warning signs, which made it especially concerning since I had kids with me."
