"Compliments for Reception Staff Jannah, Jagjeet and Housekeeping Team : Dear Management of AC Hotels by Marriott Ipoh, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided during my recent stay at your hotel, from 16th January to 18th January. A special thank you to Jannah at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness. She was courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, which made the check-in and overall experience truly pleasant. Also a big thank you to Jagjeet for placing the slice of birthday cake in our room so that i may surprise my best friend on her birthday! I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for the birthday decorations as well as maintaining the room in impeccable condition. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and consistency throughout my stay did not go unnoticed and greatly enhanced my comfort.
