We loved the traditional architecture-with modern amenities-and the room was clean and had very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was modern and the complimentary drinks in the mini-bar area...

"Staff unfriendly, No English at all. The center air conditions in my room was no cold air comes out. A small portable air conditioner with very little cold air. The room was very hot . Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. I think their cup in the room never been washed, I used their cup to drink water in the morning, I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the noon time. Etc. I would never live there again. "

"夜の懐石料理の充実を希望します。夢乃井のイメージは 料理旅館（ホテル）で私たちは仲間内で呼び合ってました。今回宿泊して、価格は違いますが、2週間前に有馬温泉　兵衛向陽閣に宿泊して、今回夢乃井に宿泊して、以前は設備及び大浴場等は違うけれど、懐石料理はそんなに 価格差は感じませでしたが、今回は肉料理で大差が付きました。 残念ですね。見た感じは肉差しが有って食べれば不味過ぎます。一度検討の議題にあげてください。 "

"ここは一般的に思うビジネスホテルのような所ではなかった。海外でいうところのモーターホテル。自分はバイクのひとり旅なのでバイクが濡れずに助かるというメリットもあった。しかしながら一般の利用についてはしっかりと内容確認が必要かもしれません。"
