"This was our fourth time staying at a R9 The Yard Hotel. We found them all great. What we liked most about this one was we had 2 beds. The space is a little tight but worth it for us. They offer you a free frozen meal for each person at check in plus they also have free coffee available 24/7 in the office. Each room has a fridge, mircrowave and kettle."

Daiso, Lawson’s, and tons of eateries just down stairs. One stop away from the main Chiba station. No self laundry but we did find a place with huge machines just a 10 min walk away (or 5 min taxi). Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Will definitely stay here again. "
