Modern Tree House close to beach
Modern house finished 2023 built under an amazing Costa Rican Guanacaste tree. Located in a quiet residencial area with lush surroundings and a 10-15 minute walk to the center and beach. The main house has 2 bedrooms and there is a 1 bedroom romantic bungalow in the garden. One terrace is connected with the living room and pool. The other terrace is on the roof top under the tree's canopy that offers a beautiful sunset. The house has a modern design and luxury European appliances.
