This charming one-bedroom condo offers 50 square meters of well-designed living space, perfect for a cozy retreat. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area, the condo is designed for convenience and relaxation. Enjoy a partial ocean view that varies with the seasons, adding a touch of coastal charm. The property boasts a pool area for serene relaxation and ample parking with spaces reserved for just 12 condos. Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a dining area, as well as a balcony overlooking the ocean- perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! The bedroom has a queen size bed and in the living space there is a double german sofa that pulls out and can sleep two people. The condo provides beach chairs and towels to guests.

The complex has a pool that overlooks the ocean offering beautiful views. The complex also has parking spaces and a communal laundry area. Guests who book the property for a month or longer, will have access to the laundry area. The complex is also gated providing safety to all guests.

Special monthly rates do not include the electricity as it will depend on how much you use Acs.

Parking is available and included.

The property is located on a steep hill- perfect for amazing views. However, the terrain is rugged and we recommend walking around town versus renting a car, seeing that this terrain can be hard on a rental car. The steep terrain and hill lasts for a block before reaching the property. You can also rent a golf cart or bike to get around town as well.

You will be very close to night life, restaurants, bars, shopping and beach. You can walk around or rent golf cart or a car depending on the type of activities you are looking for.

You can walk to town and beach, the hill depending on the time of the day can be hard the last 100 meters but duable. You can rent a car, a gas golf cart or bikes.

Please note that the condo is located about 5 mins walk down the hill to the beach and the beginning of main strip in Tamarindo but going up hill there is about 1 block of a kind of high hill.
QUICK‑START INSIDE • Tap water is safe to drink. One 5‑gal dispenser bottle provided; refills are on you. • Wi‑Fi: network & password are on the router (next to the TV). • A/C: keep at 24 °C / 75 °F. Turn off if you’ll be out > 1 h and keep doors/windows closed. • TV: two remotes (TV + Smart Box on HDMI). Log out of personal streaming apps at check‑out. • Laundry: load ≥ 8 kg and rinse sand off first; use beach towels (not bath towels) for the beach.
HOUSE REMINDERS • Power/water/internet flickers up to 5 min are normal; call if any service is out > 1 h. • Ants & the occasional (non‑poisonous) scorpion are common in the tropics. • Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM — absolutely no parties; fines or eviction may apply. • Lock doors/windows and don’t leave valuables in cars. • Construction noise is possible during the day; message us if loud work continues after hours. • Trash bin is in the parking area; collection Mon / Wed / Sat. • Tipping: 10 % is already included at most venues; extra is appreciated. Feel free to tip cleaning staff directly.
CHECK‑OUT (10 AM)
1. Turn A/C OFF, fans to LOW.
2. Wash dishes & tidy surfaces.
3. Bag all trash and place it in the parking‑lot bin.
4. Leave the gate remote on the console table and lock the door (1370 + arrow).
5. Extra‑dirty check‑outs may incur an additional cleaning fee.
