Excellent stay! The hotel stands out for its cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere for a great night’s sleep, and outstanding service. The location is perfect—very close to the beach and the beach barracas, which makes everything extremely convenient. The hotel also provides complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a great added touch. A special mention to Matheus, who takes care of the pool bar with exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. Check-in and check-out were also very smooth and efficient. Highly recommended!

The property definitely did not meet our expectations: especially the accommodation. Don’t know where to start : Loose electrical wires - inadequate plumbing : old outdated and almost impossible to get a medium hot shower The hairdryer did not function and looked really dirty and no alternative was offered and its fitting on the wall was loose . The mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and after 4 nights my back is in pain . The terrace door did not lock so my wife really was feeling unsafe and when we spoke with reception the acknowledged the issue but said all rooms had the same issue . The noice despite the hotel being more a a quiet family hotel was really bad as you could hear the people talking both from the other room but also coming from the outdoor through the terrace door. The small fridge was making a lot of noice. The breakfast was poor as: No orange juice, very little sweet options and most were dried up unappealing biscuits like the cold very hard mini churros . Also the breakfast room was too small so we had to wait for a table .Why not use the outdoor space more and surely people would enjoy that more. Only positive was the friendly waiter who served us in the bar pool area who was really kind and helpful. The pool area is nice and with a bit more investment and commitment from management this could be a nice little family hotel but surely not a resort as the name Coral beach resort misleads you to believe.

Poderiam ter a opção de café expresso no café da manhã, o café é muito fraco e ralo. Da mesma forma, poderiam aumentar a porção dos pratos e petiscos, de forma proporcional ao preço que pagamos. As sobremesas que oferecem no café da manhã são deliciosas, parabéns. O chuveiro não aqueceu de nenhuma forma no primeiro dia, disseram estar com problemas e não rersolveram e uma das camas de solteiro estava faltando um dos "pés" (quarto 509). No geral é um bom hotel, porém na média e nada de extraordinário.
