If your personal insurance does not cover these risks, feel free to subscribe to our optional ADAR insurance, which covers your tenant liability on movable and immovable property, as well as any potential cancellation or interruption of your stay. Its cost is 4% of the rent amount.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of € 1500 is required upon arrival by Visa or Mastercard. Please ensure that your card limit allows this pre-authorization. The security deposit may also be secured via Swikly.

Excellent séjour, mais problèmes récurents avec la domotique (portier de garage, lave vaiselle et climatisation) qui ont été pénibles à la longue malgré la réactivité de l'agence En vous souhaitant que ces desagréements soient desormais durablement réglés
