Perfect location, easy to get to key areas in the city. Room was great, though if you are facing the street, I would recommend bringing ear plugs as it can get very noisy on the weekend and impossible to sleep. Breakfast was standard. Overall I would stay here again.

The hotel is well located and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was very good. But it is loud at night due to the restaurant in the same building. The shower was really dirty.

Character and perfect location

We had a lovely large room with sitting area which was very comfortable. We could sleep with open windows with very little street noise despite being located right in the old town. Easy access to all of the sights and experiences. Breakfast was fresh and constantly replenished, perfect start to the day.

This is a charming, welcoming hotel ideally situated right in the old town. The two duty managers took time to chat: it was a warm, personal welcome. Breakfast, included in the room rates, was varied and generous. The restaurant (very young chef, apparently) is excellent: the tasting menu was inventive, accomplished - and delicious. I would certainly recommend this small hotel (just 15 rooms) and hope to return myself some day. Tallinn itself is delightful.

Cozy, central hotel

Situated in a small, cozy pedestrian street in old town only 200 meters from the Town Hall Square it is next to impossible to find a better location in Tallinn! The hotel is close to all major sights in Tallinn and there are a lot of bars and restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is a century old city house, so there are a lot of different (and very unpredictable) level changes, stairs, etc. so this hotel is certainly NOT suitable for people with walking difficulties! Rooms are VERY different; we had a 25 m² room with a romantic four-poster bed but our fellow travelers had a pretty basic and much smaller room. All rooms have what you need - and not much more... For a small, Baltic hotel the breakfast was far above normal level with good variation (incl. fresh fruit and English breakfast.

Enjoyable stay in great location.

A really nice character hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and lovely pillows, large room with fridge and kettle. Large TV. and sofa area. Only a couple of small things prevent me giving this 5 stars. Firstly there was no air-con which is not surprising as it was an old building. There were windows front and back to let air through but unfortunately this meant there was a lot of noise from the street and from the restaurant courtyard at the back. So I wouldn’t recommend this if you want a really quiet room. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower over the large bath - but there was no screen so the floor got wet. There was a rubber mat over a central drain in the floor - to stop smells from the drains but this was very slippery if you accidentally stepped on it. Might be quite dangerous. The breakfast was very good although limited hot choices. But overall we enjoyed our stay at the Cru.

フェリー乗り場からスーツケースを引きずって行くと、２０分以上かかったけど、帰りはフロントでタクシーを呼んでもらって１２ユーロ。中世の家ってこんな感じ、って経験できるホテルです。市議会前広場には徒歩１分。

Unfortunately, there was no elevator. I had a knee operation and could not walk through the whole building to my room no.8. There was an outside staircase but I had to always ask staff to open door from inside.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zu Fuß sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit allem, was nötig ist. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war der Lärm von aussen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, deshalb mussten wir mit offen Fenster schlafen. Das war manchmal etwas anstrengend. Aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist übrigens mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker.
