「This is our second stay at Margaritaville and we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Gatlinburg!, although parking was difficult we noticed many cars without permits and a few guests stating they paid for one room but had several family members stay with them because the rooms were a bit pricey and allowed them to park on the property as well..this may have added to why parking was so challenging..overall the property is beautifully maintained! 」

「Before we even got to the hotel I had questions about the property and was able to speak with John, he was so kind and answered everything well! And then upon arrival he was also the same person who checked us in. He is so friendly and always welcoming to everyone in the lobby! The hotel was beautiful, the pool was great and the location is perfect! The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food and also great customer service!! The only minor complaint I have is that I wish someone had told us...
