"Clean. Easy drive to Downtown Tulsa."

"Room was clean but smelled very musty, almost like wet dog and the carpeted floor felt... moist. Beds and bathroom were clean. The bathroom door slides and kept getting stuck so was difficult to close. The shower had low water pressure and water stayed luke warm. I was surprised when we arrived as no one was at the front desk, and when we checked in, we were told no information (e.g. breakfast time, checkout time.) Breakfast was good and it was nice having a late breakfast and checkout time. I would stay here again if I had too, but would look else where first."

"The room was HUGE and beautiful!! It was like staying in an upscale apartment. Wandering in the mezzanine hotel museum was also fun. Only wish the rooftop bar was open during our stay."

"Well located, modern, roomy hotel room with comfy beds. Shout out for whistle clean room and common areas-though a tutorial about how to use the shower would be helpful. 3 of us...all in separate rooms were stymied! Staff was lovely and made every effort to be helpful, but they should be trained in local sights and eateries or offer a simple page handout with vetted suggestions as we were given incorrect info several times. Would def recommend and stay here again! Don't miss Dilly's a few steps away for breakfast if needing an alternative to on site Prospect Cafe."

"I understand that this hotel is located in a busy downtown area, but the parking situation was extremely inconvenient. We couldn’t find any clearly marked area to temporarily park while checking in or unloading luggage, so we ended up using a public parking lot nearly two blocks away. When we asked the front desk about parking options, we were told that valet was the only option available. Unfortunately, the interaction felt less than welcoming. Another surprise was the $150 incidental hold, which is one of the highest I’ve encountered. It has also been two days since checkout, and the hold still hasn’t been released. Another issue was the air conditioning unit in our room, which was extremely noisy and woke us up multiple times throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. However, because of the parking challenges, additional fees, and the noisy AC, I would likely choose a different property on a future visit."

"I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and hotel was nice. My only issue is when I checked in the representative was able to verify I had already prepaid for parking and breakfast. For some reason they still charged my card out of my incidentals for parking. I have called and currently still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. Its been almost a week. ."

"My opinion is it isn’t worth more than $120 (after tax) per night. I picked this hotel over others because it said it has a sauna, but not until I checked in was I informed the spa isn’t open every day, it’s an additional fee to use the sauna, and it’s in the basement of a separate building that’s occupied by multiple businesses. On the opposite side of the hotel is the pool, which is so small it looks like it has the surface area of 4-5 kiddy pools, not joking. The gym is cramped, and unrealistic for two or more people to weight train at a the same time. Ceiling in the gym is low enough for me to touch ( I’m 5’10”), so the jump box is out of the question for any one of average height and taller. Behind the hotel is some kind of “alley bar”. The music they (or the roof bar) were playing was loud enough to hear over the tv and a/c unit. The room itself is worthy of attention. Very spacious with a king bed, workspace, a lounge area w/ coffee table for 6-8 people, and with more room to spare. Shower was great, strong pressure, perfect water temp range, and an adjustable shower head w/ hose. Room downsides besides the outside noise, would be the mini fridge LED display is bright and points directly at the bed, and the smoke detector above the bed flashes two green lights every 8 seconds. The other issue is fungus gnats, I assume they’re coming from the fiddle leaf plant in the room. I would not recommend this place. Most budget hotels I’ve been to, offered more, for less."

"Breakfast was great--- the guy that checked us in was awesome- good parking- only thing was never was a cart to carry all our stuff in & didnt have one when we checked out either so we can to make extra trips to get all our stuff in & out... "
