「This is a very modest hotel providing triple excellent service. I did have a slight delayed check in due to the receptionist who spoke very little English not understanding my insistence of prior booking despite having the corroborative evidence. Eventually I was given keys to the room and settled into my stay. It is located pretty central to most vital iconic landmarks including Museums, restaurants and supermarkets. 「Nice facilities. Reasonably priced. Room rate included one way free transfer from the airport. Considering the security of Angola, it was a great service, however, the transfer back to the airport was not free, and it costed USD 50!!! (Note the airport is relatively near from the downtown and it is only 15 minute ride from the hotel.) The hotel should at least indicate the price for the transfer at a booking website as it shows "free transfer" on the hotel selection screen on Expedia.」
