"Lovely hotel. Fantastic staff. Highly recommended.."

"The property is well maintained and appears to have been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner, especially the locally sourced beef. The onsen was also nice, although it was smaller than those at some other onsen hotels. "Walkable location from JR station, and it was quiet and clean."

"The room and the food were good. But the spa was just so so."

"Everything was very good."

"very clean and very friendly staff. would love to come back, great price"

"Room was spacious. Onsen was good. Great dinner at restaurant nearby. Staff is not 24-7 at the hotel. Self check-in and check-out at the machine, everything is self-served. Enjoyed quiet environment at the hotel for 2 nights. Good for refreshing trip."

"Nice hotel Spacious New Nice staff Dinner and breakfast super nice"
