Our stay was great. Checkin was easy just use the machine add your details and get code of the room. Room was good, we had view of Shinkansen and trains. Breakfast was delicious we loved it and again checkout was easy. Cheerful and helpful staff, clean hotel and delicious healthy breakfast. Thank you hotel Sun!!!

Poor Hotel

They did not provide any person at the check in counter, we only use a machine to get the contact with the hotel. This procedure takes more than 20 mins. After we got the room no. and the code enter the room, inside is terrible. Everything is too old fashioned and not clean. We do not recomand anybodies to book this hotel

無料朝食の内容は、無料なので目をつむるって感じです。 シャワーしかないのは承知で予約しましたが、トイレの床までビショビショになるのは、気持ち悪くて閉口しました。 シャワーのお湯もあらぬ方向に飛んで行くので不便で仕方ありません。 昭和の時代以来です。あんなシャワーヘッドは。 元ラブホテルなんですね。 清潔なのかもしれませんが設備の古さと不便さで、色々不快に感じてしまいます。 鍵の閉め方が分からないおじさんのお客さんが怒鳴りながらドアを蹴っているのを見た時は恐ろしくて、安さにつられて予約した事を後悔しました。 スタッフは、感じ悪くないですがとにかく快適ではないので二度と行きません。

品数はほどほどでしたが、モーニングが美味しかったです。ベッドは広々と使えました。3人で2泊だったので、トイレットペーパーの予備があるとありがたかったです。他の口コミにもありますが、ウォシュレットがあると嬉しいです。wifiは弱くてあまり使えませんでした。ただ、格安なので値段相応、満足です。ありがとうございました。

ネットの写真に見えない部分は凄く汚かった。 建付けの家具も割れていたり、掃除もいきとどいてなくて、髪の毛が落ちていたり、あげくの果てにベットのうえにムカデがいて噛まれて、フロントに相談しようにも、電話もなく、フロントにも人が居なくて残念でした。子供もいたので、噛まれたのが子供じゃなくて良かったです。

洗濯機の乾燥が不調とのことだが洗濯機能も不調でしっかり洗えない、乾燥も全くされないのに500円。すぐ洗濯機を取り替えるべき。 乾かそうにも部屋にはかける場所もない。エアコンからは水漏れし、下にバケツがわりにゴミ箱を置くしかなかった。朝食は良かったが、水漏れの件を伝えても反応が薄く対応しなさそうだった。 もっと安い料金でいいと思う。
