"Decent size room and loved the convenience of the airport! Loved how they have luggage carts handy and it’s easy access to the train station. Unfortunately no gym though. Very easy to organize a crib, and was already in our room once we checked in!"

"Just like other top Japanese hotels, the room was impeccably clean, although small (completely OK for me 1 person). The Onsen on the rooftop is a must-visit! Relax and tranquil, such rare find in a busy international airport. My only small note is, it is a bit far to go there and must change elevator... so ask for a closer room if you wanna visit the onsen like me, multiple times! :-)"

"The woman at the concierge desk “LUA” was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me purchase tickets to Tokyo Disneyland and also tickets for the bullet train to visit Kyoto. Loved the Godzilla theme, and the giant Godzilla on the roof of the hotel."

"Shibuya Stream was great! The staff was so helpful when we inquired about luggage transfers. Room was spacious, and loved the amenity station with face masks, hair oil and herbal masks!"

"Great staff. Awesome touch to have free ice cream at the main lobby. Private onsen on the balcony of the room with a stunning view was breathtaking and helpful given my partner has tattoos and can't use public onsen. Best breakfast buffet with many options that ive been to."

"The location of the hotel directly across Shinagawa Station was really great. The staff were also very cordial and helpful. Our room however was small, and it smelled of smoke. The carpet has cigarette burns in it and some of the shower tiles were cracked. They need to replace the carpet and maintain the room a little better."
