This property is very clean. The hostess is very friendly, when she heard we leave early next morning, she ordered breakfast for us by 6:00 AM.

房東人很好，環境很乾淨，有開飲機可泡茶，有咖啡機可喝研磨咖啡，有冰箱，有垃圾分類，有洗衣機，公共環境很不錯，只是沒附早餐，因此要記得自己帶或出去吃，附近三到五百公尺有全聯和小7。 再來說說客房，也是很整潔，可是因為是日式客房，所以沒有床板，床墊直接鋪在地板上的，入睡或起床都得蹲坐，這對高齡者會比較不方便，房間只有一張圓凳子，兩個人除非其中一人坐床上，不然就要到公共客廳的椅子上坐了。 另外，衛浴空間由於沒有乾溼分離，有人洗澡時或洗澡後都要留意腳步，不然容易滑倒，雖然牆上有貼提示警語，仍然會覺得有點擔心！ 有提供免費機場接送，是一家CP值不錯的民宿。

This property was only 20 minutes walk from the bus station in a quiet area. There were free bicycles available on the property which made it easy to get to tourist sites. As mentioned on their expedia site, it was necessary to give half an hour notice of arrival as there was no one permanently on site.

溫馨舒適適合家人遊的旅程

空間舒適，離市區近，房東會仔細的介紹周邊的景點，有自助的洗衣機、飲水器、電鍋、免洗餐具、咖啡機可以使用，一樓有餐桌可以在此飲食，蠻舒適的，除了電鍋和免洗餐具（筷子發霉了）的清潔可以再改善之外，其他的部分都很乾淨喔

Netter Empfang, tolles Zimmer, super Dusche, alles gut. Gute Tipps für den Besuch der Innenstadt, nach einigem Suchen haben wir den Nightmarket gefunden und den Park mit Livemusik, Cocktails und vielen Lampions. Guter Tipp!

民宿老闆並不住在房子內，要事先跟她聯絡請她開門。房間超乾淨像新的，民宿提供洗衣機、冰箱，設備齊全，早餐份量也很足夠。距離台東市中心也不遠，開車大約五分鐘就到了。

Quiet Neighborhood B&B home stay.

This is a last minutes booking for a bed to pull through the night due to last minutes schedule change. Feel like my own home. Pretty far from the Taitung train station, but this is the area that is closest to the city to get a feel of Taitung, but with a very reasonable price. Owner has few set of bicycles for loan, and guest can paddle 5min to the city for local food & another 10min to the Luye Park & have a peek of the old Taitung train station, which is a tourist info center now.

Very happy

It was a really wonderful stay. The room is very clean. The facilities are good. The host is very nice who is willing to give a lot of travel information and pick us up from the train station. They provide free rent bicycles for going around.

離台東市區鐵花村熱鬧地點很近~開車往知本也不會太遠~民宿對面有停車場~民宿老闆娘會很熱心介紹附近~民宿整體很乾淨~廚房洗衣設備都很齊全~早餐也蠻好吃的~
