Very cutie European feel hotel. The breakfast options are great but the food may not suit westerners taste. We stayed 3 night and tried all 3 breakfast options. Overall, very clean and great place to rest.

Really lovely room with a cosy feel. Nice and quiet. Breakfast food choices can be a little unusual for some travelers with mostly large meal dishes as main options and limited smaller choice but certainly nice enough.

Hotel staffs were so friendly and helpful! They kept our luggage as our room was not yet ready. They recommended where to eat and what to see. Later, we came back and our room was ready. Turns out we checked in 2 hrs before regular check in time. We appreciated the early check-in without any fees. Their breakfast was amazing. You can select American style, Chinese style, or Japanese style. Plus, you have unlimited breakfast buffet too including rice, TW traditional dishes, bread, fruits and coffee / drinks. It was awesome! Overall, 10 out of 10! We enjoyed staying here and highly recommended!

Very good Tainan Hotel, good location close to many of the main attractions. comfortable room with good facilities. Excellent staff and customer service. The hotel is located in the center of the historical town. Lots to explore within a couple of kilometers. It is quiet, new and well equipped. We slept well. The breakfast was provided with options of Chinese or western style. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Highly recommended!

We stayed here this time because our usual go-to hotel was fully booked. I'm glad we found this hotel. The location is fantastic, and we could easily walk everywhere! We also took a bus a few times, and there were two bus stops within steps away from the hotel. Remember to bring your toothbrush and tooth paste as you don't stock those items in the rooms. The hotel room was compact, but had enough room to relax. The bathroom was huge, and we enjoyed taking a bath in the tub. The breakfast was fine. We chose the Japanese option, and it was a lot of food. We'll stay here again.

Impressive service, nice staffs, good warm breakfast, reasonable price and room condition. Launday service was also good. A little of inconvienience from no English speaking staffs. But no problem. There is Google. Alert: there are 2 gold tulips in Tainan. Taxi drivers often head to the other.

Located in the western area of Tainan City, it is about a 10 minutes walk to Tainan train station. Lots of remand shopping nearby. The property is located on a busy street, but you would never notice the hustle and bustle outside when you are inside. The breakfast was an added bonus, with American, Japanese or Chinese options, you must request in advance, and the meal do not vary that much from day to day. Staff is always greatly and helpful with our request. This hotel is good for light packer travelers, we had several large suitcases and found traveling challenging, unless you arrive in vehicles or taxis. Overall we had a plus experience. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, Cody went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He spoke excellent English, making communication effortless, and gave us fantastic recommendations for local eats that made our trip even more special. His attentiveness and thoughtfulness were unparalleled—he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, making us feel incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. I’ve traveled extensively, and I can confidently say that Cody provided the best service I’ve ever received. The hotel itself was also a great choice. Our room was comfortably sized—I traveled with a baby and had no trouble fitting our travel crib while still having plenty of walking space. Not match for a 4 star hotel with in checking time 16. I was quite sick the day and I have to wait. they allowed to check in a hour earlier but most of the hotel have a ckicking time at 15. No breakfast buffe but single service menu is minus as well.

Hotel can use a more sensible and flexible policy. I inadvertently booked different types of rooms for two consecutive nights. Hotel refused to upgrade or downgrade my room so that I don’t have to move unless I additionally pay the cancellation penalty and pay the current rate for the changed room. As a frequent world traveller, I haven’t encountered a hotel with such an unfriendly policy. The hotel still insisted that I must check out by 11am and check in at 4pm. I was not feeling well the second day but apparently that made no difference and I had to sit in the lobby for about 5 hours. The staff seemed afraid to violate the unkind management policy. Breakfast options are also surprisingly limited.
