Or, head down the street to access a bike path that winds through the woods or continues down the west shore to the famous Meeks Bay.

In winter, you’re only 15 minutes from Palisades Tahoe ski resorts, 20 minutes from Northstar, and less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic Center for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. This location provides quick access to the main highway, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas within a 25-minute drive or less. In winter, hit the ski slopes at Northstar or Palisades Tahoe Ski Resorts, both under a 20-minute drive away, or drive five minutes to the Tahoe City Nordic Center for cross-country skiing. In summer, you’re within a short drive—or even a 15-minute walk—to beaches like Bristlecone Beach and Skylandia.

Family vacation

This is a beautiful property in a great location. The hosts were completely available and responsive. If we do this again in Lake Tahoe, we will certainly try to rent this property again.
