"We really enjoyed our stay at Fengari. I believe it took us about an hour and a half from the airport. The Drive is windy and very beautiful with lots of flowers and birds on a country road. "We never got the room that we booked. The first time we were told that they didn’t have us listed in that building however they did show we were booked so they put us in another building that was supposed to be similar. "Property is about 25 minutes by cab from the airport. You can get a cab from the stand in front of the airport - flat fee - ask before you get in the cab. It's in a nice part of Quito with restaurants and services nearby. Breakfast included was good. Even though it was Saturday night, it was quiet and comfortable."

"The hotel was amazing and I highly recommend it! The transfer from the airport (free) worked well and was in a new van; check-in was fast and friendly; the room was super clean, well appointed with interesting modern art on the wall. There were 2 bottles of water and 2 chocolates in the room. American breakfast was included and cooked to order. I ate outside on the balcony. It was nice. Checkout was easy. The only negatives were that the WiFi did not work in my room (204) but it worked perfectly in the lobby and dining room where there was lots of comfortable seating. The other problem was that I was not told to leave the temperature “guide” in the shower at the mid point. As I like a hot shower I moved it to the left before turning on the water. As it was cool at that setting I moved it all the way to the right where it was freezing cold. I moved it back to the left and had a cool shower. On checkout I mentioned both issues. That is when I learned not to move the temperature gauge in the shower. I was told WiFi works in some rooms but not all."
