Overall, we had a great experience at the resort and truly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and the staff were generally warm and welcoming.
One area that could use improvement is the attention given to non-alcoholic beverage service. We noticed that guests ordering wine and alcoholic drinks received much more attentive service, with waiters frequently checking on them and ensuring their glasses were never empty. However, when ordering soft drinks or other non-alcoholic beverages, there seemed to be much less attention and follow-up.
We also tried the Moroccan restaurant upstairs after being told reservations needed to be made 3 days in advance. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not very memorable and the food was not what we expected. During our meal, we even saw two tables leave without eating because they were disappointed with the food.
That said, the overall experience was still very enjoyable, and with a few improvements, this resort could truly be exceptional.
