風が気持ち良い避暑ホテル

空港からホテルへのシャトルサービスを利用。同乗者が遅れたが、嫌な顔せず一緒に待ってくれた。などなどスタッフは皆さん笑顔で気持ち良かった。ホテルの部屋、食事は普通でした。部屋でエアコンを効かせるより、ベランダで涼しい風に吹かれたほうが気持ちよかった。

ゲームルームのみオススメ

利点：周囲は静か。落ち着いたステイが期待できる。朝食はまずまず。対面によるフロントの対応は非常によい。ゲームルームがあり、ビリヤード・ダーツ。卓球などが楽しめる。フィリピンのホテルでは珍しい？かも。台風が来てたので時間は潰せてよかったです。駐車場は十分なスペースあり。欠点：タガイタイ中心部から遠すぎて、フットワーク軽やかにいくつか観光を、というのが難しい。台風で出かけられず１Ｆレストランで食事しようかと思ったが、ワインが置いてないのに驚いた。ちなみに部屋のフロントで、別なレストランの電話番号と、ここのホテルでワインを出していると確認済みだったのだが、教えてくれた電話番号は間違っており、さらワインはなかったということで、どういう対応なのか非常に疑問を感じた。チェックアウト・インともにスムーズには行かず、両方ともロビーでかなり待たされた。準備が出来たらそんなに広いロビーじゃないのだから名前を呼んでくれるなどしてくれれば良さそうなものだが、結局こちらがシビレを切らせてフロントに行くまでは何のケアもなく放置されたままだった。部屋のバスルームはシャワーだけ。温水が快適に出るとは言いがたく、しばらく冷水でガマンしました（タガイタイは温水出ないのかな、と思ったため）。さらにシャワーからの水はカンタンにシャワーエリアの外に出て、水溜まりを飛び越して歯磨きやトイレにいく、という有様でした。悪いホテルではないですが、他にこれより満足できるホテルはたくさんあるだろうと思います。

My wife and I stayed at Kimberly for a high school reunion but families with children will enjoy the hotel. It has a small water park with mini slides, animals to feed, donkey rides and lots of open areas to roam around.

Good value hotel for family

The room for four ( 2 queen beds) was spacious, clean, comfortable; sheets were crisp and white. Only feedback is to provide a soapdish in the bathroom sink. Breakfast was ok : maja blanca and waffle, but viands were so-so, fruits limited.

Weekend with family

Fun time with the kids. We were stuck in the hotel due to bad weather but the activities in the hotel did not disappoint. Great staff and great service. Would definitely recommend.

The "upgraded" room had a shabby bathroom with mold growing on the walls of the shower, a very small sink and plumbing in the bath and sink that was partially plugged and drained slowly (even after two repair attempts). The safe did not work and had to be replaced/repaired. The water in the shower never really got hot, just luke warm. Our entry keys were cancelled halfway during our stay. We requested hand towels three times since there were none in the room, and got bath towels every time.

It is a very good place for family especially with kids. They offer alot of fun activities such as feeding the animals in the farm, horse back riding, bonfire with unlimited marshmallows, movie night and a kiddie pool that my son enjoyed so much! Will definitely go back.

Weekend Getaway

This hotel is very family friendly, they have everything to let you feel at home. Game room which my kids enjoyed a lot, Movie nights, Dvd library where you can choose what you want to watch in the comfort of your room, mini obstacle course, farm animals and vegies garden. Staff are all friendly and accomodating. The only downside are the; food very few choices especially for a muslim like us, also the room set up, no carpet which make the room looks like any transient room, bed and linens and the chairs are old, outside hallway is also not carpeted, we can hear all the footsteps and noises from outside. Other than that everything went well and most especially my kids enjoyed the stay
