"Except excellent views, nothing else. Balcony door broken, furniture very old. You have to be careful, do not touch anything, do not seat on balcony sofa, (fabric is rotten and tears off under your weight). Do not move a coffee table on balcony it may breaks apart etc. So, you can use it like museum, watch but don't touch. Otherwise, you will never get back your deposit."
