"I’ve stayed here before when it was new. It was so nice. Easily a 4-5 star property. The rooms are in need of updating urgently. This is a lovely property in a wonderful area. Unfortunately, now it is a 3 star hotel at best. I would not likely return unless it is renovated. Hopefully renovations are in the very near future. "

"We had a fantastic 3-night stay here during our Spring Break with 2 adults, 2 kids, and a dog. The house is very clean, nicely updated, with comfortable furnishings. The back yard has a new, fully enclosed fence, which helped immensely with our dog. Lots of parking in front and back.House is walkable to proctor area (1 mile) and an easy drive to all the major attractions in town. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This house has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. I run cold and my wife runs hot, so when she found a fan in the room she was thrilled, and I was glad to see extra blankets. You have everything you need to cook, clean, do laundry, relax or sleep. Parking is good and the neighborhood is close to so many food options and shopping, but still quiet enough that if you are searching for a bit of R&R, you've got it. The house has enough room for everything you need and isn't too big where cleaning up after yourself would be a chore. Everything you would need or want in a house is there. It's a fully stocked home. Wi-fi worked great with no issues and the cable offered lots of options. We love the personal touches when we entered the house as well. A great stay. If we ever need a place to stay again, this house is perfect. "

"the property was beautiful. house was old, cold and not what was advertised. There was only one stove, the dishwasher did not work, coffee pot broken, showering was a challenge, not enough water pressure (trickle). we had bad wi-fi internet. I was very disappointed overall. It was hard to cook for 19 people 2 meals a day. Some broken furniture.I would never rent this place again. "
