The property was dirty, the room was okay, it definitely needs remodeling and repairs. The hotel smelled, and in need of many repairs. The pool was closed. The parking lot was dirty and not well maintained. The breakfast area was closed and was never open during our stay. Front lobby was okay but had a language barrier. Overall I won't be staying again.

Das Zimmer einfach aber schön renoviert. ABER alles an Wäsche im Zimmer frisch gewaschen jedoch feucht bezogen, Sehr feuchte gefaltete Handtücher. Der Hammer die Dame an der Rezeption zum Check in! Sie hat so undeutlich irgendeinen Akzent und unglaublich unübliche Sprache benutzt, offensichtlich bewusst, daß wir uns auf deutsch beratschlagt haben, was sie wohl meinen könnte. dazu fragte sie immerzu ...are u talkin with me?. Ich spreche E. Englisch und mehrere US Dialekte, Neuseelandisch, Australisch, Afrikanisches und Indisches sowie Pidgin Englisch, so was ist mit noch nie passiert, dann gab sie uns ohne weitere Erklärung die Schlüssel Karte keine Hinweise zum W-lan Passwort. Als ich zum frühen Check Out etwas fragen wollte unterbrach sie mich mitten im Satz .... 11.is Check Out. Unverschämter Weise begrüßte sie den nächsten Gast mit einem breiten Lächeln... I,m sure U speak English! Frechheit. Ich schreibe zum ersten Mal so viel weil ich wirklich sauer bin, und ich weise darauf hin, daß es nicht an uns lag.

Hi myself and my children checked in July15th 2026 in room 132 I checked out July 20th 2026 3rd day staying in the room I started getting bumps on my arms I thought it was mosquito bites but the next day they were all over my body badly I pulled the covers back off the bed and I videoed dog hairs caped on the mattress a little brown bug that was dried up and dead the size of a nat stains on the mattress candy stuck on the sheets I just came from the urgent care and it is confirmed that me and my son has been bitten up by bed bugs I informed the manager about this he was disrespectful and rude and didn't care about hearing me out about being bitten up and irritated itching painfully never will I stay in that hotel ever again they need to be closed down it is disgusting i should have followed my mind and got a refund when I arrived and seen the hotel to check in every one beware of this hotel

Convenient to the freeway yet the room was quiet and did not hear the traffic. Refrigerator and microwave were easy to use and the Refrigerator held a bag of groceries. There was no bedside lamp in the room which made it difficult to turn off the light by the door and make it to bed safely. Bring a flashlight. The front counter staff did find an extension cord to plug in the charging cable for the phone. The only plug by the bedside was behind the bed. Bring cash for the deposit, not mentioned when I booked.

The staff member said her name was Ash and from the very start of our check in she was rude. After checking in and grabbing out things we headed to our room which as we entered the room 211 the floor was covered in a bunch of dog poop stains and spread throughout the entire room. There was brown stuff leaking down the walls, hairs in the bathroom, broken vents, sink was disgusting. The microwave looked like it was partially melted and the mini fridge did not look like it had been cleaned out. There was a bandaid on the door, the alarm clock had sticky finger print residue all over. Overall I would never recommend this place to stay for anyone. It is flat out disgusting. We decided we were going to find another hotel to stay at. We headed back down to the lobby and told her we were checking out and she just said okay. Didn’t care to ask why. I said that room was unacceptable and disgusting. She offered another room but we politely declined. I asked for a refund and our deposit back and she very rudely stated she could not do that and I would have to come back when the manager was there but refused to give me a time. We came back the next morning and explained what had happened and showed the person the photos and were told we would get our refund 3 days later and still have not received our refund.

Pet friendly the bed was comfortable everything else nasty out dated, stained, no trash can in the room. It sounded like the upstairs neighbor was going to come through the ceiling any time they moved in the room. The parking lot was littered with trash and tweakers doing drugs and who knows what in there cars in the lot.

A budget hotel and you get what you expect. It was clean, but there were a few cosmetic issues as I expected. The bathtub was chipped for example. I don't expect a budget hotel to run out to replace a chipped tub. All in all I had a great stay.

I couldn't stay in this place because I didn't have cash. In their description they do not specify that the refundable deposit must be with cash and I drove 3 hours with my baby to lose my money in this place. 0 recommended. They didn't refund my money although the fault is theirs for not having availability to receive card payments. And it's good that I didn't stay with my baby in this horrible place. The lobby looks very disgusting, messy and dirty. I just wanted a place that would fit my budget to rest with my baby one night and God made me leave that place
