Restful UP Oasis in heart of University Place
- Come enjoy the peace and tranquillity this 3000 sq ft, four bdrm, 3 bath home has to offer. Relax on the huge deck or on the patio off the master bedroom. Three workspaces, three refrigerators, a formal dining room and three living rooms. There are 5 TVs, board games, tennis rackets, fishing poles and a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to Whole Foods, two Starbucks, Trader Joe's and a world class golf course. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with amenities. The house has low ceilings in the basement and upstairs so guests over 6 feet might not be able to navigate comfortably. The stairs are also narrow and steep due to the age of the house.
The house is family friendly with a Graco Pack 'N Play On The Go Playard, Kagen and a Inglesina Fast Table Chair - Award-Winning Convenient Baby High Chair. Please follow directions for the items before use.
