"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. The amenities were very clean and well-cared for. It was enjoyable to walk around the property and enjoy the cool weather in early summer. "
