"This place is so remote and peaceful! The bungalow we had had an outdoor shower and bathroom and it was a little bit hard to get adjusted to the nature sounds at night time! If you want to remove yourself from civilization and be the one with oneself and nature, this is the place. I liked that they did not have Tv in the room or internet Wi-Fi (only at the restaurant). "We honestly were not really happy with our stay. To begin with the shower has a lot of loose rocks and because of them it was full of hairs. the floor of the room was really dirty and the sheets had some stains. You can only get food at the restaurant by texting them, and the restaurant closes at 7 which is not great because there are not any others around. "The resort is beautiful, clean and i rate it as excellent including the staff. No complaints whatsoever. However, i just can’t belive how dirty the beach is. Garbage is all over. We walked towards the waterfall and the water flowing in and out is dirty. For us it is an easy fix . The vehicles entering the vicinity pay some kind of fees . Where are the fees going? It seems like authorities or officials don’t pay attention or dont really care. If it’s done on a regular basis, it wouldn’t be that bad . It’s a shame . There’s a small park, environment is same - lots of garbage"

"The property outside was so beautiful. The inside the room was cute, but strong mildew smell. The dehumidifier was really dirty. I cleaned it and turned on to remove dampness. I moved because closet outlet not working. Bed & pillows not comfortable. The people were truly kind and helpful. Restaurant not good at all skipped breakfast after eating dinner there night before. Also road was really busy and noisy. Overall good experience people so kind and friendly and helpful."

"Amarta Beach Retreat in Tabanan is located right on a natural black sand beach which has stunning sunsets and is a lot quieter than the crazy beaches in Kuta, Legian or Seminyak. Peaceful, beautiful and quiet - perfect for a 3 night stay and a great location to explore the stunning Tabanan region - esp. villages, magnificent rice fields Bali is famous for, temples, night markets and cosy hill side cafes. Still undiscovered by mass tourism, Tabanan is a precious jewel in Bali’s paradise and exotic crown. "

"I came to Nadi seeking space and quiet, and that is exactly what I received. The food was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful, and the whole experience gave me exactly what I needed at this time. Just a gentle heads-up that there are a lot of stairs, so if mobility is a challenge it’s something to be mindful of. I stayed in both the Mountain View Tent and the Waterfall Tent and loved them both for different reasons. The Mountain View Tent was incredibly peaceful, watching the storms roll in over the mountains, with butterflies by day and fireflies at night — definitely a special spot. In the Waterfall Tent you can’t see the waterfall from the room, but the sound of the water flowing was really relaxing and grounding. I would absolutely stay here again."

"My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent."
