My experience began very positively. I was warmly welcomed by Nice and Remmy, whose hospitality was exceptional. Although Remmy had already finished her shift, she insisted on helping me go into town to buy a specific item,especially meaningful as I use a wheelchair. She ensured my safety, helped negotiate prices, and checked on me throughout my stay. Nama (Grace) even returned to the hotel after going home, leaving her children to prepare meal for me. Their kindness truly represented outstanding service Everything changed at checkout with Joan, a staff member. After paying my bill, I entrusted her with an amount of cash to distribute as a thank-you to Remmy, Nice, and Nama. She agreed, as the women were off duty. Days later, I called the hotel, all 3 confirmed they had received nothing. I called Joan but the manager answered. He said he will follow up. Joan text me and admitted that she kept the money for herself. To this day, I have received no follow-up from the manager, Joan, or the staff confirming whether the money was ever returned to them. My advice to future guests: do not entrust Joan with money, and consider choosing another hotel until management addresses this issue. The exceptional staff deserve honest leadership, and guests deserve transparency and trust. "
