The room was very nice and spacious. Check in could have been more courtesy. No info was offered about amenities, ie the spa. We did not get the beds booked but made due. The shower was temperamental and only worked when it wanted to. On the plus side the lounge was lovely, food excellent and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very delicious.

The to was beautiful, modern but charming. The service was exceptional and the location central but quiet, and very walkable to the main many touristic attractions

The front desk staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. We were given a room upgrade and free glass of wine upon arrival. Extremely satisfied with the quality of this hotel and it's staff.
