Villa Iaia - Fontane Bianche (SR)

Autonomous and independent villa located in the residential complex "La Bussola", Syracuse, Via dei lidi 433. The residential complex "La Bussola" is fenced on three sides and borders to the east with a cliff at sea level. The proximity of the sea and the ease of access to it allow guests, given the mild climate that characterizes this part of Sicily, to bathe for most of the year. The same complex is accessed through a gate, located on the west side of the fence, electrically controlled and supervised by a porter who carries out service, six days a week, throughout the year. The avenues of the complex offer ample free parking spaces for cars.
The structure is 15 Km away. From the center of the city of Syracuse, known all over the world, 15 Km from the city of Noto, famous for its splendid Baroque buildings, and is close to countless sites that can be reached with excursions ranging from a few hours to a full day.
The house is located 250 meters from the sea and consists of a large living room, three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a utility room-laundry room and two bathrooms. The living room leads to a veranda overlooking the well-kept garden and furnished with numerous planters.
The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning system (hot-cold) while in the two bathrooms there are two radiators that heat the same rooms in the winter months and are powered by the same equipment that provides hot water to the whole home.
The house is equipped with a television set in the living room and free internet connection.
The accommodation is a total of seven beds distributed in the three aforementioned rooms. The price for a stay of one week, 7 nights (chek on Sunday, 16.00 - chek out on Sunday 11.00), is € 1. 000.00 (one thousand / 00). Any extensions of the period of stay, to be requested at the time of booking, will result in the additional payment of € 143.00 per night.
The accommodation can be increased if necessary, on request to be made at the time of booking, by two more places with the payment of an additional € 12.00 per person x night, using the sofa bed located in the living room, which can be converted into a bed French double bed (2.00 x 1.40 m). For this reason, the use of the structure allows holidays of a week or more by large families or couples of friends and their children.
